At our centre an individual therapy consultation is $235 per hour (50 minute session + 10 minutes administrative time).

*In rare instances, if requested and required, extended consultations will be charged at a rate of $50 per 15 minute interval.

Payment is strictly due at the time of your appointment. The credit card details provided at the time of your booking will be automatically charged at this time.

Medicare and Private Health Insurance may be available to eligible clients. Please see below for further information.

The hourly rate for cognitive assessment is $214.41 per hour (50 minute session + 60 minutes administrative time), as per the NDIS recommended rate for psychological services. You will be provided with a quote for your full assessment costs after your initial intake appointment.

Following your initial intake assessment, a quote will be provided for the total amount of your full assessment. Our group program costs vary, depending on the service you wish to engage in. Please register your interest in our Circle of Security Parenting courses and New Parents Support Groups here, and we will let you know when the next program is running as well as the associated cost.

*Some medicare rebates may apply to group programs. Please contact us for further information.

You do not require a GP referral to see our Clinical Psychologist for any of our services. In this instance, full fees are payable by you and eligible medicare rebates will not be available to you.

For individual therapy clients, a medicare rebate of $137.05 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year is available for clients with a valid GP referral. Leaving you with an out of pocket cost of $97.95. The rebate will be processed for you following payment of your full session fee. Please obtain your referral prior to your first appointment.

Unfortunately, Medicare rebates do not generally apply to couples therapy or cognitive assessment services. There are, however, some instances where some limited rebates may be available for these services (individuals with an existing mental health care plan already engaged in existing eligible services). Please contact our centre for further details about this.

Most private health insurance policies with ‘extras’ cover will offer varied rebates on psychology fees. Please contact your provider for further information. Please note, you are unable to use both private health insurance and Medicare rebates. The full service fee will be payable by you upfront and you may claim directly with your insurer following your session.

No one likes cancellation fees, so please contact reception as soon as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. We understand that circumstances can change and that you may need to vary your appointments, but as private practitioners we incur practice costs and time for each scheduled appointment, attended or missed.

As a result, a cancellation fee of the full appointment amount will be charged for appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, or that are missed without notice. Please note that rebates are not available for cancelled appointments and third-party payers usually require clients to be responsible for any cancellation fees.

Regarding professional development workshops, if you are unable to attend you must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice or full workshop fees will apply. In the event an individual attends any but not all workshop sessions, full workshop fees will apply.

Please note, cognitive assessment deposits are strictly non-refundable.
